NICOLE AND MARIA VALLOS (NANDM)
NANDM competed competitively at a State and National Level throughout their junior career. Playing for the North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA), they did McDonalds Squad and represented the NEJTA in the Shell Team. They played Victorian Pennant at the highest level for various Clubs including Donvale, Grace Park and Dendy Park. They were the Australian Junior Nationals Doubles Runners Up in 1993 and won the Victorian School Girls Doubles Championships for six consecutive years.
NANDM started coaching at the age of 15 years and have been running their own successful business for over 20 years. They have also assisted in Tournament Directing and they currently volunteer their time for Special Olympics Victoria and are the State Managers for Tennis.
NANDM were very excited to partner Grant and become joint Head Coaches at the RCTC.
NANDM'S QUALIFICATIONS:

- Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) at Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School
- Diploma of Recreation in Sports Coaching and Administration (Swinburne University of Technology)
- Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing and Management (Monash University)
- Level 2 First Aid
- Safeguarding Children's Certificate
GRANT MURPHY
Grant competed competitively at a State and National Level throughout his junior career. Playing for the North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA), he did McDonalds Squad and represented the NEJTA in the Shell Team. He also travelled nationally to compete in junior tournaments and played in the School Boys and Vic Hard courts each year. Grant is a former Grade 1 Victorian Pennant player, playing at Macleod Tennis Club and Donvale Tennis Club. In the USA Grant played a number of Pro Am's in Houston and played in the 5.0 Sectional Final for team Dellas.
Grant starting coaching at the age of 19 years and has extensive Domestic and International coaching experience. He was the Head coach at the Macleod Tennis Club, Springthorpe Country Club and the Macleod YMCA for 4 years before heading to the US to broaden his coaching experiences.
For almost two years he was the assistant coach at the Kingwood Athletic Club in Houston. Grant then spent the winter months in Florida where he was the assistant director at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne FL. A highlight here for Grant was helping organise a number of All Star Events that involved Pro Tennis Players Serena Williams, Andy Murray, Andy Roddick, Anna Ivanovic and the Bryan Brothers. During the summer months Grant coached in New York at the Southampton Racquet Club in the Hamptons. Again here he helped organised a Luthanisa Event at the club that included Steffi Graff.
On return Grant became a coach at Royal South Yarra Tennis Club and various other clubs in Melbourne.
Grant jumped at the opportunity to partner Maria and Nicole to become joint Head Coaches at the RCTC.
